The Comfort of Faith
This artwork is inspired by an autobiography called The White Veins. Thus, motivating me to draw this biracial girl suffering from a chronic disease. She does not know her fate. However, she rests easy as if on mellow clouds knowing that she can confide in God, the infinite love of her parents, and the compassionate hands of talented doctors. These doctors may come from many ethnic backgrounds and organizations. However, they are consolidated with one goal, which is to provide the girl with her anticipated dream future. They are her safe space, they are the comfort of Faith she seeks.
