Healthy Friendships
This is a selfie in pencil. It shows my diverse group of friends, with different ethnicities, religions and cultures. This diversity is a strength when we work together at school. We wear face masks indoors, because we care about our health and about each other. I chose this image, because it is a realistic illustration of Unity in Diversity and the promotion of health in my life, and what all children can do locally to help. The drawing took about 14 days to complete, using 0.5 mm mechanical pencil and shorthaired brush for blending. And, of course, lots of erasers.
