Ghada Al Jadba is a Chief Field Health Programme in UNRWA (The United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East) Gaza field since the first of April 2015, she is Palestinian, was born in Gaza on 15 July 1968. She is leading a HP in Gaza which provides basic and lifesaving health services to about 1.3 Million Palestine refugees who are equivalent to more than 75% of the total population in Gaza. Ghada has worked in UNRWA Gaza Field facing tough emergency situations like in 2014 war on Gaza, managing the health centers as area health officer at that time. As Chief Health Programme managed the huge impact on health due to the emergency situation in Gaza following the Great March of Return since March 2018, with a lot of health and humanitarian needs which were met by UNRWA Health Programme in terms of provision of postoperative medical care to the injured persons and psychosocial support to them and their families and physical rehabilitation. In addition to responding to repeated events of military escalations in Gaza.
