Dustin is a Senior Research Fellow for the Humanitarian Policy Group at ODI. He has extensive experience working across the humanitarian, development, and peace sectors, primarily in Asia and East Africa, from working with dynamic activists to the global aid behemoths. Synthesising research and practice to advance advocacy and policy agendas, Dustin’s work has focused on addressing systemic inequities. He specialises in intersectional analysis, bridging thematic areas such as health, humanitarian systems, civil society, armed conflict, and governance.
