Natnicha Manaboriboon (Meji) is a final year medical student from the Faculty of Medicine, Siriraj Hospital, Mahidol University in Thailand. She is a firm believer that Global Health is crucial in today’s globalized society, which was made more apparent ever since the pandemic. Prior to and after entering medical school, she spends her time exploring and delving deeper into the subject surrounding global health and public health through working for the International Federation of Medical Student's Association -Thailand (IFMSA-Thailand) as the Vice president for external affairs. From there she branched out to advocate for meaningful youth engagement with many health related NGOs and governmental agencies in Thailand. She was the first Thai youth delegation recognized by IFMSA to attend the World Health Assembly and to also train international youth delegates on the topic of global health education and pushed for meaningful youth participation in the event. Meji was recognized and nominated to be on the Thailand United Nations youth SDG board since 2022 and has now received the Prince Mahidol Award Youth Program and will be spending her further years in Geneva, gaining more insights at the heart of the WHO.
